Cisco unity 4 VoiceMail only to Unity 7 UM migration

Hi there,

I am running on a single al in the box unity 4 and about to move to unity full UM with failover solution. can anyone help the paths to do so?

If you're moving to new HW you can install 7.X and move the info with COBRAS if you're running 4.0(5) or above.

thanks very much for the prompt reply.

the existing issue we have is that we have the voice mail only deployment on our unity 4 meaning that AD,Exchange and Unity are on the same box.

after intalling the unity 7 on a new hardware, can we use the Coperate exchange and AD for the UM solution and does the COBRAS move all the info from the VoiceMail only to the full unfied messaging ?
