WRVS 4400n VLAN(?)

I have a 4400 router, with our users on 192.168.3.1, connected to the internet with static external facing IP. Also have a Netgear WGR614 router (192.168.3.200) connected to our corporate intranet on a T1 with a static external IP. How can I connect the two so that our users can access the internet and the intranet. Should I go the VLAN route?

Internet connection internal IP's: 192.168.3.1 (DHCP .2-.100)

Intranet router IP's: 192.168.3.200 (No DHCP)

Thanks

Kind of hard to really answer this type of question with so many other unknown variables (LAN topology/configuration, etc.).  You would be best served contacting the Partner Design Support (PDS), where an engineer can work with you (at least for your Cisco gear) to best design and deploy your Cisco hardware.

Best Regards,
