Hi Community,
I am working in a project WIFI and have a question of how make the forwarding the traffic locally without sending it to the WLC. The only way to have this functionality is using HEARP?.

Correct, if you are using a controller setup then H-REAP with local switching is the only way to dump traffic locally to the AP.
