Hi

General tips:

1) Disable ECM and any high-speed/fancy features you can on the fax front panel itself

2) Ensure your E1s have no clock slips using 'sh controllers e1'

3) Ensure you have a 100% QoS setup with as little packet loss as possible

4) Be happy if your faxes work.. the above tend to improve reliability but slower speeds are typical on ATAs in my experience.
