IPCC Error Message When Uploading Script

Have anyone seen this error message before? If yes, what the resolution.....

I am getting this error message when uploading a new script or add a new resource group

can not acquire ClusterMutex; nested exception is: com.cisco.config.ConfigException: Store config record - error: config request timed out

Please advise.....

issue resolved by simply rebooting the primary followed by the secondaary server.

Cisco have a doc on fixing Mutex lock errors:

Worked for me when getting the following error:

CRS Administration cannot perform any update at this time because there is an ongoing 'Cluster Mutex acquired by FileMgmt - Upload.'

Different error but might help?
