I need to provide a way to allow agents to hot desk with UCCX 8.0(2) without using extension mobility. I need to allow an agent to sit at any Contact Center phone and log into CAD and specify the extension that they're sitting at (with the same agent id each time that user logs in). I do not want to configure an EM profile for each agent. Whenever I try this, I get an error in CAD that specifies the agent is not assoicated with that extension. If I change the IPCC extension under the user account in CUCM, I do not get the error. Obviously, I do not want to have to change the IPCC extension under the user's account every time they log into a different phone. Any ideas how I can do this?
