Can not write memory getting error VLAN database 4 :No such domain

I can not save the config file because of this error "Can not write memory getting error VLAN database 4 :No such domain“.this a 7609， Software (s72033_rp-IPSERVICESK9-M), Version 12.2(18)SXF4.

The vlan.dat file may be corrupt.
