UC 540 analog DID trunk FSX/DID card wink start

Does this card support wink start? I see the T-1 signaling does but i see not command under the FXS ports for wink start signaling.

So i figured out that you can not use the built in FXS/DID ports for a DID trunk. (They should probably look into getting rid of the DID part) You need to use a VIC module populated with a FSX/DID card.
