Ciskcoworks windows server UTU error "WpfUTUApplication"

HI,

I am using the windows 2003 server for Ciscoworks and have just install User Tracking Utility 2.0, when I click the its shortcut to run it the below message is displayed and UTU do no start at all.

windows error message: "WpfUTUApplication application has encountered a problem and needs to close"

Please advise.

I am using;

LMS: 3.2

CM: 5.2.1

RME: 4.3.0

On what client OS did you install UTU?  What version of .NET do you have installed?
