Our environment (v7.2.5) has been exclusively CAD. Last evening, I installed CTI OS DesktopToolkit for an upcomming third party software integration (AmCom). This meant
1 - uninstall version 7.2.5
2 - uninstall version 7.2.4
3 - install 7.0.0 Toolkit
4 - reinstall v7.2.4
5 - reinstall v7.2.5
Everything seemed to go easily...
I do not recall being prompted for agent login type (name vs. ID) during any of the installs. It is currently set to login ID. Is there an easy way to change it to lgoin name??? without rerunning the installs???
