SRST in H.323

I need some clarification regarding SRST in H.323 gateway.

Usually, reset command in call-manager-fallback will helps to register the phones back to CCM in MGCP gateway. What about H.323.

How to bring the phones back to the CCM in the H.323 gateway. If the phones are not trying to register with CCM even the CCM is up and active.

I have this problem too.

The reset command should still apply. The SRST portion of a gateway is a

separate function from the mgcp failover to default/h323. Further, the SRST

function in a H.323 gateway is essentially the same as on a MGCP. IOW, the

client side of the SRST behavior we all know and love is separate from the

trunk side.

The phones should be trying to hone back to CM when in a SRST failover situtation every 2 minutes by default.  There is an enterprise parameter associated with this.

Connection Monitor Duration: Required FieldThis parameter specifies the a common link qualifying time period for all the devices using a specific SRST reference.
This is a required field.
Default:                  120
Minimum:                  0
Maximum:                  2592000

This may sound weird, but hitting the hookflash switch on the phone a couple times usually seems to trigger a switchback, if it is 'stuck'.
