Currently we are using ICM 7.5 (with SR 7.5.9) integrated with CUCM 7.1 and CVP 7.0(2). When looking at the VRU PIM process on the PG server, it keeps showing the following message:
09:40:36 Trace: Call:: FindLocked by CID: 26061 failed to match call.
Anyone has the similar setup and has seen this message on the PIM process window as well? Appreciate any advice if this is a critical error? How do we go about getting rid of such error message?
