Error message seen on ICM VRU PIM process

Hi, all.

Currently we are using ICM 7.5 (with SR 7.5.9) integrated with CUCM 7.1 and CVP 7.0(2). When looking at the VRU PIM process on the PG server, it keeps showing the following message:

09:40:36 Trace: Call:: FindLocked by CID: 26061 failed to match call.

Anyone has the similar setup and has seen this message on the PIM process window as well? Appreciate any advice if this is a critical error? How do we go about getting rid of such error message?

Hi Eric,

That's benign message and you can disreagard it. As a matter of fact, you will see that it usually matches the call a bit later in the logs.

Furthermore, this message indicates that the pim is verifying if the Call ID X is in the system or if it is not being used by any other process in order to
perform an action on it.  This action to perform can only be determined by looking at the complete set of logs and call flow.   So sometimes pim is just checking if CID is present, if fails to match, then it creates a new CID.   Other times can be a call that has already been disconnected and pim is
trying to perform an action on it. There are many different situations in which you may see this message.
