How can I download IOS image 12.4(25c) for Cisco router 2811

I want to upgrade my routers cisco 2811 with IOS version 12.4(8) to 12.4(25c) because of to resolve CSCse 34097 bug voice problem .

But I can't download IOS image and I'm not clear how can I download it.

Any specification ( i mean router's product ID, serial No ) can help to download this IOS ?

who can help me to get this IOS?

My routers are bought from IPtel company & I didn't contact with them to claim new IOS.

I need urgently to upgrade to resolve voice error.

Help me all expert.

Maybe it's because you don't have a valid Cisco Service Contract to allow IOS downloads. You will need to contact the IPTel that sold you the router and or look for an authorized Cisco reseller.

Hello,

Call Cisco TAC and have them publish the image for you. If the device is

covered under contract or warranty, they will be able to publish it for you.
