I have a query regarding CTI ports. We are creating CTI ports in IPIVR for the call queing, prompting etc.
Do we need to create CTI ports in CUCM also for the Route Point.
CTI Route Points are different to CTI Ports.
CTI RPs are created when you add a trigger to an application via AppAdmin.
CTI Ports are added when you add a Call Control Group via AppAdmin.
You don't add any of them direct to CCM.
