Hello,
Does anyone know which workflow get's hit on an agent transfer when they transfer a call into an integrated queue in their own department?
I have tried editing the transfer workflow and setting one of the editable variables (description) to '9999', but it does not get set.
I also tried setting the same thing on an inbound workflow thinking that when transferring a call to an integrated queue, it would hit IPCC then route back through the inbound workflow.

Barry,
No workflow mate. Transfer to the queue -> script selector -> route request in ICM. Done.

Well that kind of sucks.
Was hoping to reset some of my fields on the transfer out!
