Issues with IVR Backup.

Hi All,

I have a setup where we have CCM cluster and 2 IVR's (Primary and secondary). CCM ver 4.3 & IVR ver 6.0.2.

We have scheduled a BARS backup for daily but from the logs daily we can see that the Backup for secondary IVR is not working. Rest all is fine.

We have also noticed that when we reboot the secondary IVR then backup works fine for 2 -3 days then again we get thet same errors of Secondary IVR backup failure.

In our setup we use to take backup from BARS which is running on Publisher CCM. where we have selected CCM's & IVR's for backup.

So if possible can anyone please help us to troubleshoot this issue.

Also want to know what configuration and services are required to be done & running on CCM's & IVR's .

Please help me out in resolving this issue.

Your IP IVRs are in a cluster correct?

You should have BARS pointed at just one of the IP IVRs in that case, and the whole cluster will be backed up.

If you have it set up that way already, there are lots of reasons why BARS may fail; you should post up your logs to get further assistance.
