Clientless SSL VPN error "full_custom_focus_field" is undefined

Hi Guys,

We implemented a Clientless SSL VPN solution wherein we integrated citrix in the system. Most of the client PC's tested are working fine, save for a few that states the error "full_custom_focus_field" is undefined. Do you guys have any idea on what might have caused this? The internet browser used is IE version 8 and the java version is

java version "1.5.0_15"
Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.5.0_15-b04)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 1.5.0_15-b04, mixed mode, sharing)

Hey Adrian,

Do you mean that when you try to access the Citrix server through the Webvpn portal you get that error?

If so then have you tried enabling smart tunneling for the servers. For more information regarding smart tunneling please refer to the following link:
