Call Back gives Unknown number

Hello,


A costumer has 9971 phones. When i use the call back feature and I do call back the other phone rings but the caller sees unknown number. Even if the call is answered. (i use ucm 8.02)


I tested it in my lab but it works fine. I don't understand what the problem might be.

Call flow?  Protocols?  We need more info in order to help.  Are you calling out to the PSTN, or internal IP to IP?  Debugs would also be helpful assuming we're going out to the pstn.  Is this a PRI or SIP trunk.
