Hello
I am currently running Unity 7 + Exchange (Unified Messaging). When a some users try to access their voice mail form their email, they get the following mesage "The wav message is secure and can only be played by Cisco Unity supported client"
Does any one know what would cause this and how to fix?
Thanks
Rich

Hi
You have secure messaging configured, so your mail is encrypted. You can install ViewMail for Outlook (VMO) to play back mail via the Outlook client.
Take a look at this: http://www.ciscosistemas.org/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/unity/5x/security/guide/ex/5xcusec110e.html
