Cisco TSP 64-bit

I have CCM version 7.0. I'm trying to install Cisco TSP 7.0 in a Windows 2008 R2 (64-bit) box, but the TSP service is not visible in Phone and Modem Options\Advanced tab. I have successfully install it in another Windows 2008 32-bit box. It seems I need to install Cisco TSP 64-bit version. I'm not sure if Cisco TSP is available in 7.X or 8.X yet. Or if there is a workaround for this.

Thanks for your help in advance.

John

Hi John,

I did some research and at this moment, CiscoTSP does not support 64Bit windows platform. The first UCM release that will have native 64Bit support will be 8.5(1) SU.

I do not believe there is yet an available version of TSP for 64-bit systems.

Sorry.

Any responsible Cisco PM around? This is being asked repeatedly since 4 years, it is a serious matter that a company with 21 billions dollars in hand company cannot provide a 64 bits driver while certain individual softwar writer can provide one in a week.

Paolo,

Have you ever made this request to your Cisco Account Team?  If these requests are not coming in through proper channels our developers do not know that these features are in demand.  TAC typically cannot file feature requests... not ideal I know, but the reality.  The more requests for this feature that come in the more likely it will be that this software will be ported for Windows 64-bit.

Just my $0.02.
