Hi there,
I have a solution running h323/2800 on CUCM 7 with an issue where a PSTN long distance call comes into a line, this line is call forwarded to a local cell XXXXXXXXXX, The local PSTN calls work fine but when a LD PSTN call comes into this line and is forwarded to the cell, the system cuts in stating it requires a 1 prepended to the call.
Any Idea's
Thanks,
Justin

So when a call comes in with a long distance CALLING number it complains that the CALLED number (the cell) needs a 1 prepended?

Seems like the provider has different requirements based on the number type. You might be able to do a debug of your GW and look at the q.931 messaging to see the differences, then possibly change the prefix value on the GW for that particular type. Either that or set up some type of number transformation to prepend the "1".
Let me know if that makes sense.
