how can i use 10/100/1000 ports of WS-C3560G-24TS-S model as 10/100Mbps Ports to connect to another switch or Workstation?

Hi,

By default all the ports are 10/100/1000 auto sense, so you should not have any problem connecting this switch ports to workstations and switches that are 10/100.
