I understand that Cisco is a very large organization.  I also understand that product documentations is one of the most difficult tasks anyone is required to do.

Two documents that are quite useful are:

Cisco Aironet Antennas and Accessories Reference Guide
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/wireless/ps7183/ps469/product_data_sheet09186a008008883b.html

Cisco Aironet 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Antennas and Accessories
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/wireless/ps7183/ps469/product_data_sheet09186a008022b11b.html

Early this year, Cisco released a number of external wireless antennae:

Cisco Aironet 5-GHz MIMO 6-dBi Patch Antenna (AIR-ANT5160NP-R)
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/wireless/ps7183/ps469/data_sheet_ant5160np.pdf

Cisco Aironet 2.4-GHz MIMO 6-dBi Patch Antenna (AIR-ANT2460NP-R)
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/wireless/ps7183/ps469/data_sheet_ant2460np.pdf

Antenna Product Portfolio for Cisco Aironet 802.11n Access Points
https://supportforums.cisco.com/servlet/JiveServlet/download/3132252-68747/802%2011n%20antennas.pdf

Unfortunately, I have unsuccessfully tried several times to request (via the feedback option) to get the documentations updated.  Can you point me to the right direction?  Last year when I requested for products to be update someone acted on it within weeks.  Maybe there are conflicting tasks happening.

Hi Michael,

Thank you very much for your response.

Say, I have different documents that needed to be updated, what or who do I contact/email?

Hi Leo,

From speaking with Patrick (pfile), I'm glad to hear you both have a dialogue going on. I’m sure if Patrick has more specific info on what needs to be updated on the data sheet, he’ll be able to assist you. Thanks for bringing the issue to our attention again.

Regards,
Mary
