How do I request for Cisco documents to be updated?

I understand that Cisco is a very large organization. I also understand that product documentations is one of the most difficult tasks anyone is required to do.

Two documents that are quite useful are:

Cisco Aironet Antennas and Accessories Reference Guide

Cisco Aironet 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Antennas and Accessories

Early this year, Cisco released a number of external wireless antennae:

Unfortunately, I have unsuccessfully tried several times to request (via the feedback option) to get the documentations updated. Can you point me to the right direction? Last year when I requested for products to be update someone acted on it within weeks. Maybe there are conflicting tasks happening.

Hi --

You can use pfiles@cisco.com for the wireless products you referred to originally. For other products, please let us know specifically and provide whatever links you can. Different issues may need to be forwarded to different product groups.
