Looking at various TMS Billing Solutions

Hi

My company is looking at implementing a new billing solution that will include Cisco CUCM version 6 and 8. We also have various Siemens Hi Com version 3 PABXs. Can anyone suggest a billing solution that can intergrate with both systems as well as provide better reporting functionality.

I'm not too sure about integration with the Hi Coms but a previous employer of mine seemed to favor ISI for third-party CDR management with Cisco UC.

According to this datasheet you may be able to have one product cover both:

If nothing else it's worth a call into their sales group to find out!
