Hi -

I need help/assistance in setting up/configure IPPC, Call Manager and a gateway or a combined call manager Express on a desktop or laptop using VMWARE?

Can someone provide help, assistance, guidlines etc......

Hi

I have setup up following VM on Mac bookpro with 8 Gigs of RAM.

ICM(SPRAWLER)---CVP--CUCM--CUPS--Workstation(Agent w/ IPCommunicator). It is basically a flat network ie. 192.168.1.0/24 and my gateway is running as H.323 and GK functionality with VXML as well for CVP.

Problem is lack of RAM, you would probably need 16Gigs to run all these machine one time.

Do you have call manager running as well?

Does VM give the options to select support hardware ie dl380 etc?

What ver of VM are you running?

There are lots of advice sites, including those with Camtasia videos, on the web showing how to load CUCM on a VMware Workstation running RedHat. Find one of those videos and all will become crystal.
