I am new to using the SPA phones and we are getting ready to deploy 10 to a remote site and are not receiving any audio when the call is placed on hold. I have seen alot of documentation on using a spa9000 for MOH but in this case we are using Call Manager.
I have the Device pool set, MOH audio sources (unicast), and the MOH server on the phone is set to the Call Managers IP Address. Is there anything else I need to check?
Any help would be appreciated.
