HI

I have a cisco UC520 that is driving me crazy. On Friday I could access the Cisco Unified Communication Express via the web interface. Now on Monday I keep getting the error of Error: Unable to login as administrator to the Cisco CallManagerExpress at site 'local'.
Details: CME login failed
whenever I click on Configuration > extensions or phones. If I click on Users I get access. I did not perform any updates over the weekend. The directory of the flash is listed

Directory of flash:/

Can you log into the CME page directly? Try going to http:///ccme.html

It doesn't look as though the CME GUI files are in flash unless they are in one of the subdirectories. can you confirm?

-Felipe

i did not see the files in the directory. Is there an easy way to add the files back?

Felipe

Thanks for the help. Sorry it took so long to get back to you, but I appreciate the sharing of knowledge.
