Have you tried hardcoding the 'dsl operating-mode' ?

You may need a firmware update. Unfortunately, the only legal source I know, it's Cisco TAC.

Hi.

I searched the firmware on the TAC website, I have not found any firmware, can you tell me more about it or any document that showing the updated process and the file needed to download

thanks

Open TAC case, ask for firmware 3.9.35

Note. you may need to get to escalation team before speaking to someone that knows what are you talking about.

If you do not have TAC access you may as well give up and get an 877 instead.
