6500 VSS IOS

I am getting ready to deploy two 6509's using two VSS 1440. Does anyone have recommendation as far as which IOS to use? Thanks.

I would go with 12.2(33)SXH7, that train is already stable - 7th maintenance release of bugfixes. SXI4a might not be at that level of code maturity.

Hi,

Do a comparison of the SXI and SXH using Cisco feature navigator. You will see that SXI has a lot more features than SXH. In addition and according to Cisco most features are being added to SXI. For example: with SXI4 and 4a dual sup per device is supported. So, I would test SXI4a in the lab and if you don't find any major bugs use it.
