CUVA no video at calls between CME

Hello!

We have two sites connected through a GRE-tunnel.

When the user of SiteB tries to establish a video call with the user of SiteA there is no remote video, while the the local video is present. When the user of SiteA tries to establish a video call with the user of  SiteВ there is no remote and local video. Voice calls are established normally.Local video calls established normally.

On both site CUVA Application Version 2.2.1.7, CUVA CDP Driver 3.0.

Please, advise ways of the decision of the given problem. Thank you.

Can you collect the following information.

show ephone phone-load

show ephone register

Place all call between the two endpoints and collect the following command output while the call is active

show call active voice brief

show call active video brief

Can you make video call between two phone at the same site?

The problem has been solved by downgrade IOS from version 124-24.T1 on version 124-15.T4. On version 124-24.T1 video calls beetwen remote CME were established about one of thirty attempts.
