My company has 400 Cisco IP phones to deploy for UC. I have some Intermec ScanPlus 1800 barcode wedge scanners that I would like to use to scan the MAC address into a spreadsheet. I've spent serveral hours working on the setup of the scanner, but I can't seem to get the barcode symbology correct. This is what I want:C84C759C8875 and this is what the scanner scans:C84C7597. I would appreciate if someone could enlighten me with the barcode symbology of the Cisco barcode so that I can scan all of these phones. I appreciate any assistance.

Anybody got an idea? it's the only one on the box my barcode scanner won't read.

As far as I know, all four labels (S/N No, MAC ID, PID VID, TAN) uses same format. I can read all of them by our scanner with no reconfiguration required.
