Problem Configuring 1252s

I have a lot of 1200-series and 1100-series APs, but I've got several new 1252 APs I am configuring for the first time.  Everything is going as expected until I get to the "Services" settings (for setting SNMP, HTTP, etc).

When I click on the Services tab (using the GUI), I get the Cisco logo and page header, but the rest of the page is blank.  None of the sub-menus appear.  I can successfully set the Services via CLI, but why isn't it showing up on the GUI ?

Maybe you just need to re-load the IOS.
