The upgrade path in the manual is:

•5.0.3 > 5.0.2 > 5.1 > 5.2

How do I get from 5.0.3 to 5.0.2?

Thanks,

-Randy.

README -- Upgrade Helper Patch for Cisco Digital Media System (DMS) 5.0.3
===========================================================================

There is no patch that upgrades Cisco DMS components directly from release
5.0.3 to release 5.1. Instead, we built the "helper" patch that this README
  file describes.

First, you must apply the helper patch to any Cisco Media Convergence
Server (MCS) appliances on which you run DMM 5.0.3 and Video Portal
5.0.3 software. There is only one helper patch, which works correctly to
prepare either of these server types for upgrade to 5.1.

After you apply the helper patch to your server appliances, you can upgrade
them to release 5.1 as if you were upgrading from Cisco DMS release 5.0.2.

NOTE: We developed and released Cisco DMS 5.0.3 after we developed and
released Cisco DMS 5.1. Therefore, when you upgrade from 5.0.3 to 5.1,
you reintroduce four known bugs (which existed in the 5.0, 5.0.1, 5.0.2,
and 5.1 releases) that we fixed in the 5.0.3 release. We plan to fix
these same bugs in a future patch release for Cisco DMS 5.1. You can use
Bug Toolkit on Cisco.com to read about these bugs.
