I am thinking you are asking what is this community about and what you can use it for.....correct?

Well it is a support community offered by Cisco but it is supported by people who volenteer there free time to repsond to questions posted here. Note most of the people offering there knowledge and expert advide are not Cisco employees but some are. What you do is find the area that best fits your question and post that question or or problem you are trying to solve and people will try and help you the best they can.
