Hi
One of my coworkers is trying to implement Site to Site IPSec tunnels over MPLS and i wanted to know is this possible

Hi,
An IPsec tunnel is established between two VPN endpoints.
The underlying transport method does not matter.
I guess that if the MPLS is provided by you by an ISP, then unless they are denying the establishment for IPsec, you should be able to configure the IPsec tunnels fine.
