what type of cable goes between termination point and router in the below senario? is it T1 cable or normal patch cable?
service provide .......t1.................termination point .............?..............router's T1 interface.

Straight through Patch Cable
And thats providing that the phone company / service provider has it pinned out correctly. For a T1, I believe its pins 1, 2, 4, and 5.
