We are receiving the following error in our dbwalker:

1183:(error) contact rule: Alternate has a switch ID that is not valid: 1

You can correct this by going to the call handler or subscriber transfer page in the SA for this transfer rule and selecting a valid switch.

I have ran the command in dbwalker prior to this for the mwi however i dont know the commands for the alternate. I need to set the switch id to 2

For instance to fix the MWI I updated the subscriber table as this,

/* Style Definitions */ table.MsoNormalTable {mso-style-name:"Table Normal"; mso-tstyle-rowband-size:0; mso-tstyle-colband-size:0; mso-style-noshow:yes; mso-style-priority:99; mso-style-qformat:yes; mso-style-parent:""; mso-padding-alt:0in 5.4pt 0in 5.4pt; mso-para-margin:0in; mso-para-margin-bottom:.0001pt; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; font-size:11.0pt; font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif"; mso-ascii-font-family:Calibri; mso-ascii-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-hansi-font-family:Calibri; mso-hansi-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-family:"Times New Roman"; mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;}

update NotificationMWI set switchid ='2' where switchid = '1'

Anyone know the command to fix the alternate?
