We are receiving the following error in our dbwalker:

1183:(error) contact rule: Alternate has a switch ID that is not valid: 1

You can correct this by going to the call handler or subscriber transfer page in the SA for this transfer rule and selecting a valid switch.

I have ran the command in dbwalker prior to this for the mwi however i dont know the commands for the alternate. I need to set the switch id to 2

For instance to fix the MWI I updated the subscriber table as this,

update NotificationMWI set switchid ='2' where switchid = '1'

Anyone know the command to fix the alternate?
