Cisco Bulk Provisioning Service always stops for no reason on CUCM 7

Unanswered Question

Is there any way to solve this issue?

It is making a big problem for us because our Service Desk agents use the bulk tool to change passwords for the users, but the change does not take effect because the service is not working and this cause very bad customer experience.

We needthe service to be running all the time without any interruption, like the other services !

Any help will be much appreciated, thanka a lot.

I have this problem too.
