Group paging not working

Hello,


Using SPA9000, 400, 9xx, 5xx, I am unable to group page from SPA phones. I have made a speed dial as pagegroup, paging serv -- yes, auto answer page -- yes, preferred audio device -- speaker, phone multicast address - 224.168.168.168:6061, spa9000 paging address - 224.168.168.168:34567


When i try to dial pagegroup through speed dial, the call connects to pagegroup with no tone but doesnt connect to other phones, speaker of other phone doesnt turn on. However individual paging is working fine through *96.


Firmware for SPA9000, 942, 922 are 6.1.5 and for 504 is 7.4.4, Please find the attached SPA942,922,504 configuration files and a syslog file for detailed information.

Dear Sir;


Did you tried dialing from the corporate directory? there is an entry on the directory...If it does not work that way either, I may suspect it is an issue on the switch, make sure you disable spanning tree, or if possible, enable fast port forward. This makes sure the multicast traffic goes through.
