Hi Guys,
My Customer have a CallManager 4.2(3)SR3a, and I received the information by Cisco that this version is obsolete now. I verified in the Cisco site that there are many relase for this version. My question is: I need to do upload for version 4.2(3)_SR20 (More recently) or I can to do upload to the version 4.2(3.60)?

Hi Wilson,
The latest upgrade/release for 4.2(3) is 4.2(3)sr4b You can upgrade
directly from your current version to 4.2(3)sr4b;
Cisco Unified CallManager 4.2(3)
Service Release 4b
http://www.cisco.com/web/software/282074295/23506/ciscocm.4-2-3-sr4b-Readme.pdf
Make sure that you are using the correct version of Cisco Unified CallManager software. Cisco supports upgrades from any Cisco Unified CallManager 4.2(3) release up to 4.2(3)ES60. This SR is based on Engineering Special 60.
