Problem with OM through VPN

You said that Office Manager (version must work through VPN, but when I tested this feature, I have a problem. This problem is the following: once the application is associated with UC and was able to read configuration, sometimes it is not at all in the network, and there are cases in which located the device associated with it, but gives error reading the configuration of users. Otherwise I have ping to everywhere (to all networks).

I tested UC540, configured with the CCA 2.2 (4), EasyVPN client and OM version

What may be due to this problem and how I could solve it?

Something had happened with Unity of the UC. Suppose that was the reason why the UC couldn't read the information. After we fixed the problem with Unity and reload UC - everything is fine and I can read configuration from it.

But whether it was really causing the problem?
