Hi,
We have a Cisco Unified Communication Manager 7.0.1.11000-2 installation.
When a citizen calls an employee and the employee need to transfer the call to another employee, we often experience that the citizen thinks the call has been cut when the first employee tries to transfer the call to another employee that currently are busy with another call.
Is there any way that we can activate some kind of message or music so the citizen knows that the call has not been cut, but can hear that the line is busy and waits to get through?
Kind regards,
Carl-Marius

Hi,
It seems, that you need to configure MoH audio source. More information: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/admin/6_1_1/ccmfeat/fsmoh.html#wpxref59089

Make sure the MRGLs for the GW has an MOH server and you set a Network Hold MOH Audio Source for the devices.
