outbound dialer transfer to cvp

Hi,


In outbound dialer transfer to CVP scenario how many dialer port will be utilized?

It must be using 2 ports, one for dialing to customer and another port for dialing to ICM routing script.

Kindly clarify my doubt.


ICM: 7.5

CVp: 7.0

Only one dialer port should be used in this scenario.  The virtual phone (the same one that is placing the outbound call) is transferring the call to the CTI route point upon voice detection.
