CUPC soft phone drops calls - navigating thru menus

Version Use my Cisco 7960 for audio (unchecked) aka soft phone enabled.

OS: Windows XP

Customer connected to the network: Wired or Wireless

Has anyone seen or heard of this issue?

I have a customer dropping calls as soon as he presses a digit on his soft phone via CUPC

The scenario is this: Customer calls a number that requires the caller to press digits to navigate thru the menu. As soon as he presses 1 the call drops on his soft phone.
