Greetings all,
Hopefullty someone here is able to shed some light on my issue.
I have a UC560-FXO-K9 running the latest firmware release, on the same network i have the latest version of the verasmart call accounting software running. When i run the CDR collection wizard to pull the data over, everything seems to work great until it ties to access the call records.

I followed the guide to ensure call accounting is showing enabled in CCA and via CLI, i have restarted both the server and the UC560. The online documentation for verasmart is almost non existant and at this time i cannot justify paying 680 bucks to open a ticket on a product that wont work.
