Hi,
Configured MGCP controlled FXS to FXS call transfer, full-blind. Is it possible
to configure full-consult FXS to FXS call transfer? CM version 7.1.3.

Not sure what you mean by that.
Since you're using MGCP that means all call control comes from CUCM.
A blind transfer in CUCM is when you press transfer before the other party answers.
A consult transfer means you wait until the other end picks up the call and then you finish the transfer.

I can't configure consult transfer, it is blind by default. How do I configure it for MGCP controlled FXS port?
TIA

Hi
The type of circuit and protocol the gateway runs does not affect the transfer system in use.
On a CallManager system, the choice consult or blind transfers are determined by how you use the handset.. can you advise what you are using to make the transfer? IP Phone, AC, other application etc?

Hi,
In a branch office there is a 2811 ccme router with MGCP controlled 4 FXS and 4 FXO ports.
When there is an incoming call from PSTN or from central office IP phones to one of the analog phones
connected to FXS port ot the 2811 router I want to be able to consult transfer to another analog phone
connected to the same branch office router.

Hi
I think it may be worth you posting up you CME config. It seems very unlikely that your FXOs would be MGCP controlled on a gateway that is running CME; if this is the case then it may be time to rethink the design...

CME router is working as a voice gateway, its ports are registered to central CUCMBE.
What would be your suggestion regarding the design?

Hi
If the router is a CME router you would have a 'telephony-service' section in your config, and would have phones registered directly to this gateway. You would typically have the FXOs terminated on the gateway rather than being registered to the CUCMBE via MGCP.
Are your phones registered in this way, or registered to CUCMBE?

Hi,
Phones are registered to CUCUMBE. If phones (i.e. fxs ports) are registered directly to CME how do I transfer calls?
Should I use one of the TCL applications?

Hi
Your phones are registered to CUCMBE
Your ports are registered to CUCMBE
You keep mentioning CME, but you don't appear to have CME.
TCL scripts aren't used on MGCP gateways.
Consult transfer with CUCMBE is done like so : Whilst on a call, press transfer and dial the transfer target. Wait for them to answer, then speak and press transfer again to complete the transfer.
Blind transfer with CUCMBE is done like so : Whilst on a call, press transfer and dial the transfer target. Press transfer again before the other party answers.
There is no configuration required, other than ensuring that your lines on CUCMBE have a Max Calls setting of at least 2.
