CUE failure/ fast busy

I have a CUE / CME integration.  When calling voicemail or auto attendant, a fast busy is experienced.  I did a some debugging and see that the call is hitting the proper dial peer, but when doing a debug ccsip I get:

"DisconnectCause 2F  , DisconnectText no resource"

I restarted the service module and the CME router.  This was a working configuration, and no changes were made.  Any suggestions?

I have this problem too.

Can you session into CUE?  Ping? Make sure CUE hasn't crashed, or is unreachable.

Other than that, can you grab the following debugs:

debug ccsip mess

debug voip ccapi inout

Also, what do your VM and AA dial-peers look like?
