You have to load the root certificate into the trust store AND any intermediary CA certificates. Look at the certificate chain from your OWA

site. Anything above your actual site certificate will need to be loaded to the trust store. You can compare the thumbprints to ensure you are loading the right one. Don't forget to restart the presence engine service.

Jonathan.  Thank for the response.  The GoDaddy root and intermediate certs I had to add were listed here.

Godaddy'scertificates are signed by valicert you'll need to download the valicert rootcertificate and corresponding intermediate to link them together: https://certs.godaddy.com/anonymous/repository.seam

I got that answer after a post to /* Style Definitions */ table.MsoNormalTable {mso-style-name:"Table Normal"; mso-tstyle-rowband-size:0; mso-tstyle-colband-size:0; mso-style-noshow:yes; mso-style-priority:99; mso-style-qformat:yes; mso-style-parent:""; mso-padding-alt:0in 5.4pt 0in 5.4pt; mso-para-margin:0in; mso-para-margin-bottom:.0001pt; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; font-size:11.0pt; font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif"; mso-ascii-font-family:Calibri; mso-ascii-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman"; mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-fareast; mso-hansi-font-family:Calibri; mso-hansi-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-family:"Times New Roman"; mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;} [email protected]

An engineer from Cisco responded.

Once loaded the calendar integration started working.
